Return to the sources, to understand the meaning of our consecrated life and the charism of Marie Poussepin.
The challenge of living multiculturalism and internationality, not seeing it as a threat but rather as a richness, knowing how to build bridges between us, getting to know each other more, having in-depth dialogue, knowing how to communicate assertively.
Update our missionary response in the places where we are, see what we have to change to respond to the true needs of today's time.
