I was born in El Salvador as eldest of three in my family, I entered the Congregation in 1999. I am 48 years old.
I have been in mission in Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador; in educational ministry, youth ministry, formation for consecrated life and social ministry. I have a degree in Social Work. Since 2017, I share the life and mission in the Community of Colonia Dolores, San Salvador, El Salvador.
Present Mission
Pastoral care in health ministry and I work to create a culture of peace; I accompany the formative process of a group of itinerant lay missionaries and I coordinate the process of our search to renew our missionary presence in El Salvador and collaborate in the clinic of medical biomagnetism therapy.
What you think are the great challenges for the Congregation in the next 5 years?
- Reaffirm what is essential in the face of our troubled world, to develop a mysticism that helps us to perceive the footprints of the Spirit in history and in the cries of the poor. Reach effective agreements and make an option for the essentials in all areas of our life in the style of Marie Poussepin.
- Reconfigure and re-signify structures at all levels so that the life and mission of each community will respond to the urgencies of today in faithfulness to the Gospel. Organize human and spiritual life in a solid and profound way.
- Build meaningful inter-generational relationships that express a new way of relating from a culture of encounter.
