Bangalore (India), 04/26/2015.- Poussepin Any Time Help (PATH) is a new missionary project of the Province of India to actualize the call to “be like the merciful Father”. ‘Dourdan’ in Bangalore, India, opened its doors to the elderly and differently-abled in the home of late Mr.&Mrs. Albert Royan who dreamed for their house to become an abode of service for the poor and needy.
PATH’s doors were opened by Sr. Philomina Vengachottil, our Provincial, blessed by Msgr. Joseph Francis and inaugurated by Pushpamma, one of the elderly by cutting a cake, on April 25, 2016. All the sisters of the communities in Bangalore and many of our neighbours, benefactors and beneficiaries graced the occasion by their presence. PATH will be a Day Care Centre for the elderly and differently-abled from the poor quarters of Indiranagar, Bangalore. This will give them a relief from their lonely life at home when the family members will be out searching for their livelihood. May the Merciful Father bless this endeavor.
