Bucaramanga (Colombia), 11/11/2020, Sr. Belkis Tatiana Arenas Blanco.- I am Sr. Belkis Tatiana Arenas Blanco, I was born in San Gil, Santander, (Colombia). I have been a professed sister for 6 years and I am a temporary Voeux sister in the Province of Bucaramanga. Among the gifts, gifts by God, I am discovering a taste for art; although I do not have any technique, I have taken the risk of painting this simple picture in honor of Marie Poussepin, to celebrate her beatitude and thank her for what she means to me.
- I wanted to represent Marie Poussepin, in her personal Project of Beatitude: Mercy and Charity. "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy". Marie Poussepin, appears knitting with the needles of Charity and the thread of the Word, her dream of dedication and service.
- Each one of the sisters who belong to the Congregation is personified in the silhouette; a personal project of beatitude, drawn from the Word, envelops her, to transcend, and believe in a world that is more just, more human, sensitive to the voice of God, to the Good News, in the midst of an adverse reality.
- The fleur-de-lis, with its loyalty and truth, unites the two realities and the two times: 1696 and 2020 and invites us to open ourselves to the newness of the Spirit in today's world.
