REFLECTION: Third Sunday of Lent. Ex 20: 1-3, 7-8, 12-17; 1 Cor 1:22-25 and John 2:13-25
Bangalore (India), 03/07/2021, Sr. Anula Irvin Suguna.- Today, we have another significant imagery: The Temple, understood as ‘Shekhinah’ in Biblical Hebrew, is the presence of God. Jesus went up to Jerusalem temple (Jn 2:13), not wrapped in divine glory as on Mount Tabor at the Transfiguration, but filled with the zeal for the house of God (Jn 2:17).
