Second colloquium on the person of Dominic de Guzman

Barcelona (Spain), 06/28/2021, Sr. Gemma Morató Sendra.- Over again, for the second colloquium for the celebration of the eight hundred years of the Dies Natalis of St. Dominic and three hundred twenty five years of the foundation of our Congregation. On June 26th, we gave the floor to professor Juan David Ospina Ospina. 

Juan David Ospina has a degree in Philosophy with an emphasis on political and economic from the University of Santo Tomás de Aquino in Medellín, and a theologian degree from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín, a Theologian degree from the Universidad Santo Tomás de Bogotá, Bachelor in Sacred Theology from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and a Magister in Psychopedagogy from the University of Barcelona (Spain). At present, Juan David Ospina is a teacher in the course of formation in Dominicanism that the Catholic University of Manizales, offers to the sisters of the Congregation and lay people who collaborate in our missions.

The next meeting is scheduled for July 31 at 3 p.m. Central European Time.

Caracas (Venezuela), 06/19/2021, Sr. Nícida Amparo Díaz Leal.- They could not find a place to lay their heads; this is the daily tragedy of the refugees. In this reflection, I would like to dwell on the dynamic of see, judge and act, because it allows us to better understand the subject and helps us to be aware of our commitment to a service of fraternal charity with our brothers and sisters who are refugees.
