Chañaral, Atacama (Chile), 04/19/2023, Sr. Gabriela Vergara.- From 5 to 9 April, a group of 12 young people (8 girls and 4 boys) belonging to the schools where the sisters carry out their mission: Colegio Católico Manuel Montt de Petorca, Colegio Marie Poussepin, Putaendo, Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Presentación, Melipilla and Colegio Parroquial Maria Goretti, Concón, accompanied by 4 sisters, lived the Holy Week Mission experience in the community of El Salado, Chañaral, Atacama region.

Manizales (Colombia), 04/14/2023, Interprovincial Novitiate.- The sisters, being a few meters from the hospital, got out of the cars. There, the president of the Republic Manuel Murillo Toro with all doctors and hospital administrators. Also a priest sent by the Archbishop and some parishioners with whom they went to the hospital facilities were presents.

The story of the mystery of the Resurrection of Jesus is so familiar to us that we can sometimes lose sight of how stunning it must have been for Jesus’ closest disciples to arrive at his burial place, only to find an empty tomb.

Manizales (Colombia), 04/05/2023, Interprovincial novitiate.- The novices share that they are fortunate because the Lord has looked at them and has called them to follow him in this Congregation: Dominican Sisters of Charity of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin, which more than 325 years ago was founded to live the exercise of the charity. And this year also celebrates the 150th anniversary of the arrival of the first six sisters in Colombia.

Songkoy (Philippines), 26/03/2023, Sr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nga and Sr. Nguyen Thi Le Thuy.- “Here I am Lord, I come to do your will” (Ps 40: 8-9). With these words of the psalmist, we walked in procession into the Parish Church of Cristo Divino Tessoro Parish, Buenlag, accompanied by Sr. Maria Escayola Coris, our Superior General, Sr. Mariamma Paul Ollukaran, Sr. Ana Patricia Londono, General Councilors along with the sisters of the community of Songkoy and Malibay in the Philippines.

Madrid (Spain), 03/07/2023, Sr. Marta Elena Vélez, JPIC Delegate Spain- “BROKEN DREAMS” are the traces that the system of violence in which we live at a global and local level is leaving in each person that makes up humanity. Each one of us, with our own peculiarities, is part of this humanity that seemed to have "learned from so many wars and failures and was slowly moving towards different forms of integration. However, history shows signs of turning back” (Fratelli Tutti 10,11).

Medellín (Colombia), 03/04/2023, Sr. Ángela María Vélez Restrepo.- We are celebrating 50 years of missionary presence of the sisters in the Community of Riosucio. A foundation that was born of the missionary spirit and daring of many of our sisters who were able to go beyond the frontiers to answer the call of the Church through Monsignor Pedro Grau and Father Jesús Botero.
